What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, company and phone number or email address, and optionally the site location, estimated headcount, schedule and a free-text message. The time of submission is also recorded.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to respond to your contact request, arrange a catering consultation and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and legitimate interest (establishing a customer relationship). The data is not used for direct marketing without separate consent.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the contact request and manage any resulting customer relationship, but for no more than 6 months from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer retention period.

Recipients and transfers

Data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. A service provider (form service, email) may act as the technical recipient of the form and processes the data on behalf of the controller. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses visitor analytics to develop the site. Cookie consent is managed with CookieYes: apart from strictly necessary cookies, cookies are set only with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time in the site's cookie settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict and object to processing, and to data portability. Requests should be addressed to the contact person named above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, tietosuoja.fi).
